2023 MSHA STATE SHOW -
AUG 18-20 Martin County Fair
We are excited about changes we are making to our Minnesota State Hampshire show, held in Fairmont, MN on August 18-20th.
Minnesota has an incredible heritage in the Hampshire breed and we want our State Show to reflect that! In an effort to bolster this show we are trying to attract new exhibitors and previous exhibitors to consider attending this show. We have a weekend of events planned as well as larger payouts, that long with one of the nicest locations in the state.
As a way to increase payouts, we held our 1st annual online sale, which was a great 1st sale! The proceeds from that sale will go directly to payouts for our show. We are also soliciting donations for our show as well which will help raise the payout as well. We would like to thank Dylan Klug, Highland Hampshires, Ram-n-Acres, Chuck and Jan Bobendrier and Creekside Farm for their donations already. You can sponsor a class for $50. If you are interested in sponsoring, please reach out to Gary Klug (712-202-4461) or Adam Benker (612-202-3232).
We are offering exhibitors the chance to show on Saturday at the state show, PLUS youth can show on Friday night as well. We will also have a picnic after the show on Saturday. We also will have a Mini golf tournament as well as a bags tournament. Plenty of prizes for both! We really hope you will consider joining us for this show, it will be a great weekend!
